2energy Solar Partner Referral Program

1. Eligibility

1.1. The 2energy Solar Partner Referral Program (“Program”) is open to registered businesses and individuals operating within the trades, architectural, and design industries in New Zealand. Homeowners who wish to recommend a friend or contact are invited to get in touch with Steve to discuss referral rewards.

1.2. To participate, the referrer must agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1.3. Employees, or contractors of 2energy Solar are not eligible to participate.

2. Referral Criteria

2.1. A valid referral occurs when a referrer:

Refers a client who is exploring solar for their new build or renovation project.
Shares 2energy Solar’s contact details (phone, website, or email) or introduces the client directly to 2energy Solar.
Ensures the referred client mentions the referrer’s name or firm when they first make contact.

2.2. The referred customer must:

Be a new customer (not an existing or previously contacted 2energy Solar customer), and
Proceed with a confirmed purchase and full installation of a residential solar system supplied and installed by 2energy Solar.

2.3. If the referred customer’s solar system is accepted, installed, and paid in full, the referrer will receive a $500 referral payment (including GST).

2.4. Only one referrer will be eligible for the referral payment per customer. In cases of duplicate referrals, the first valid referral received by 2energy Solar will take precedence.

3. Referral Payment

3.1. The referral reward is $500 NZD (including GST) per completed solar system installation resulting from a valid referral.

3.2. Payment will be made to the referrer’s nominated bank account within 30 days after the customer’s system has been fully installed, commissioned, and paid in full.

3.3. Referrers are responsible for any applicable taxes, GST, or accounting obligations related to the referral payment.

4. Program Conditions

4.1. 2energy Solar reserves the right to verify the validity of any referral and may request supporting information from the referrer.

4.2. Referral payments will not be issued if the referred customer cancels the installation, fails to complete payment, or if the project is not completed for any reason.

4.3. This program is intended for genuine referrals only. Self-referrals or internal company projects are not eligible.

4.4. 2energy Solar reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without notice. Any referrals submitted before termination will be honoured under the terms in place at the time of submission.

5. Privacy

5.1. By participating in this Program, the referrer consents to 2energy Solar collecting, storing, and using their personal and business information for administration of the referral process and communication regarding the Program.

5.2. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the 2energy Solar Privacy Policy and the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

6. Liability

6.1. 2energy Solar will not be liable for any loss, damage, or claim arising out of or in connection with the Program, except to the extent that such liability cannot be excluded by law.

7. Acceptance

Participation in the 2energy Solar Partner Referral Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
